Located
in the very northwest corner of Nebraska, the ranch
is 16 miles from the Wyoming and South Dakota borders.
This little known part of Nebraska is this states
best kept secret.1800 square miles of Sioux County
are filled with only 1500 people and one town of 280
friendly residents. No traffic lights and no traffic.
It's stepping back in time .People still waves at
strangers and help each other out.
Pine filled canyons and towering rock formations make
up the beautiful scenery of this area. This area has
a lot of old west history of Indians, cowboys, cattle
drives, and cavalry. The Hat Creek stage line ran
right through the middle of the ranch. Fort Robinson,
the largest cavalry outpost of the west, is located
10 miles East of the trophy elk ranch. This terrain
and habitat sets the stage for some of the best elk
hunting the west has to offer.
I have been outfitting hunters for over 30 years.
I have Wyoming hunting experience also. Edwards Outfitting,
1000 acre ranch provides a great elk hunting experience
in a controlled environment. If you are frustrated
by not drawing licenses in some states like Wyoming,
Montana or seeing more elk hunters than elk in others,
or if all you see on public lands are wolf and grizzly
tracks, not elk tracks, then we are what you are looking
for. We provide a great elk hunting experience on
private land for that trophy bull elk of a lifetime.
Many of our past hunting clients have been on several
guided wilderness elk hunts and returned home with
nothing but saddle sores and an empty wallet. Very
disappointed with the hunting guide service given
to them.
Our hunts include 1st class lodging, home cooked meals,
complete trophy care,airport transportation to our
Nebraska location,and friendly, experienced guides.
Licenses are included in the cost of the hunt.
